Frustratingly, I spent hundreds of dollars on doctors, Western medicine, and harmful toxic skincare products, only to see no results, receive no answers, and find it impossible to let go of my addictions at all. It wasn’t just challenging; it was impossible. That’s when I stumbled across the transformative world of biohacking and cycle syncing.
